Crime struck Uttar Pradesh again as a dhaba owner in Kotwali, Muzaffarnagar shot three people dead and injured three others over borrowed money. The accused apparently belongs to one of the two gangs who were present at the spot.

The incident took place after an alleged cash transaction at Kotwali’s police inspector’s house where the dhaba owner fired shots at others. He is now absconding. District Magistrate DK Singh reached the hospital where the injured have been admitted and probed the matter. DIG Range and IG zone Sujit Pandey has also been called to the crime scene.

The fight has been going on since two years between the two gangs living on the opposite sides of the Inspector’s house on the Kotwali road.
