A heavily armed man and woman terrorised this city on Wednesday, killing at least 14 people and wounding at least 17 at a social services centre before leading the police on a manhunt culminating in a shootout that left the two suspects dead.
Responding to the shootings, US President Barack Obama said on Wednesday that every level of government needs to come together on a bipartisan basis to curb shooting, reports CBS.
