Commuters in Sheffield were greeted by an unusual sight of someone slacklining across the city skyline.

World-record holder Sarah Rixham, tiptoed barefoot and hovered 125ft above Sheffield this morning as she walked the tightrope in the fog. The stunt saw Sarah Rixham traverse the 60 meters between the two towers of Sheffield Hallam University in a bid to launch the city’s Adventure Film Festival.

Sarah, who currently holds the record for longest female highland, performed the stunt as part of the opening ceremony to ‘Sheffield Outdoor Weekender’.
