In an effort to keep all the feline residents at the Big Cat Rescue centre cool, the staff here organised paddling pools and a hose-down for them.

But like many parties, this one ended up getting a little out of hand.

The tigers, lions, leopards and others ended up turning on the pools decorations, tearing apart paper ducks and cardboard swans, and even attacking a hosepipe stream!

Big Cat Rescue is home to more than 70 neglected exotic cats, and was opened in 1992 in Tampa, Florida.
