The Quint reports the traffic situation from different locations across Delhi on Day 4 of the odd-even formula trial.

During early morning hours, our reporters found traffic to be sparse on an otherwise congested Ring Road connecting to the DND flyover. Traffic was thin, but at some locations, like Sheikh Sarai, a few odd number cars were seen plying.
