Swaraj’s Defence is “Hogwash”, Says Congress Leader Anand Sharma

Congress has passed the buck on BJP for the parliament logjam. Blaming the government, Congress Spokesperson Anand Sharma said that it’s the arrogance and obduracy of Modi government that has caused the logjam.
