Eager customers who queued up to purchase Reliance Jio sim cards on its launch day on Monday were left high and dry as they faced closed shutters instead of bustling stores. The customers complained of unavailability of customer forms at the stores, possibly due to the unprecedented response to the 4G service from the telecom giant. As a result many, stores remained shut to avoid the peoples’ wrath.
