Home Minister Rajnath Singh on Monday lashed out at Pakistan, accusing it of adopting terrorism as a state policy.

Addressing a conference of editors in Chandigarh, the Union Minister spoke about discussions on terror that had taken place at the recently concluded BRICS Summit in Goa. Referring to Pakistan’s glorification of killed terrorist, Burhan Wani, Rajnath maintained that the distinction between freedom fighters and terrorists has eluded Islamabad.

Reiterating his promise of sealing the Indo-Pak border by 2018, Rajnath said that India’s frontier with Pakistan is being secured extensively. He also stressed on the importance of monitoring India’s border with other nations like China and Bangladesh.
