After Triple Talaq, Woman Stages Dharna Outside Husband’s House
Rehana said that if she is denied the justice, she might convert to Hinduism.

A 30-year-old woman, Rehana, staged a dharna outside her in-laws’ house in Aligarh after her husband allegedly pronounced triple talaq and threw her out of the house.
Refusing to accept the divorce, Rehana staged a dharna outside the house and started banging on the door repeatedly. Her father was also present with her. He alleged that her in-laws had been making demands for dowry.
Rehana said that she wants justice for herself and her four-year-old daughter and if she is denied the justice, she will resort to any extreme measure, including conversion to Hinduism.
