Meet the transperson who has spent ONE MILLION DOLLARS transforming from bullied ‘band geek’ to Barbie doll and is now looking for her dream real life Ken Doll. Nikki Exotika, 35, from Hoboken in New Jersey, USA, has been under the knife for nearly two decades changing every inch of her body to look like her plastic fantastic idol.

By the time she was two years old, she knew she was different, always putting on makeup and nail polish before becoming obsessed with Barbie two years later.

At school, while living as Jason Torres, she was bullied for her flamboyant style and self-expression, when she would hike-up her shorts and strut down the corridors in tight t-shirts like a runway.

She received comments from “Cover girl” and “Pretty boy” to hateful homophobic names like ‘faggot’ and ‘homo’ as well as being beaten up but didn’t allow it to hold her back.

By the age of 19, she had gender reassignment surgery, after three nose jobs, two breast jobs and an Adam’s apple reduction.

Since then she’s gone onto have over a million dollars-worth of surgery, procedures and other aids to help to transform her into a Barbie Doll.

Nikki, a proud mum of three adopted gay sons, said: “I’ve had over a million dollars of surgery, I only did the calculation recently and struggled to remember everything I’ve done to myself.

“My body has had gallons of silicone, I’ve spent a lot on changing everything from my head to my toes, breasts and body.

“But it’s all paid off, because while travelling the world everywhere I go people look at me and say ‘Wow, look at her body, she looks like Barbie’ and always want to take pictures with me.”

Nikki is part of the Plastics of Hollywood, the world’s first ‘real life doll house’ showcasing characters who have collectively spent in over $4 million changing their appearances.
