Speaking after Pakistan’s fourth consecutive ceasefire violation on 17 September, Jammu and Kashmir’s Deputy Chief Minister Nirmal Singh lambasted against the neighbouring country, terming it a “terror state.”
Invoking China’s friendship with Pakistan, Singh said that the worldwide condemnation had made them desperate, forcing them to launch attacks on India to “make their presence felt,” which had been “faced with great retaliation” from the Indian side.
