In a shocking video, a group of kanwariyas were seen on camera vandalising a car in Delhi's Moti Nagar after the vehicle accidentally brushed past one of them. The men then stopped the car, smashed the windows and doors before turning it on its side. Police officers can also be seen standing around in the background.
