Not Karan Johar or Hrithik Roshan.

This time it's Kangana vs Media!

Bollywood's queen of controversies, Kangana Ranaut, has sent a legal notice to the Entertainment Journalist Guild & Press Council of India for boycotting her and 'wrongly' supporting PTI journalist Justin Rao.

Not sure how we got there?

Well, on 7 July, the 'Queen' actor and journalist Justin Rao got into a verbal spat during the 'Wakhra' song launch from her upcoming movie 'Judgementall Hai Kya'. Kangana accused him of bashing her previous film ‘Manikarnika’.

Members of the Entertainment Journalists' Guild of India (EJGI) on July 10 collectively decided to boycott Kangana Ranaut and demanded a public apology following the ugly spat between the national award-winning actress and journalist.

But to Kangana’s displeasure, not just the Guild, The Press Club of India condemned Kangana’s disrespect towards Media. The organisation termed the actor’s behaviour “unacceptable” and extended its support to the Entertainment Journalists Guild which decided to boycott her in protest.

Even the Mumbai Press Club joined the boycott.

Piqued by the boycott, Kangana released a video attacking the media and calling it anti-national. She even challenges them to ban her.

Balaji Motion Pictures and director Ekta Kapoor issued an apology over the unfortunate incident at the launch of the ‘Wakhra’ song.

According to Kangana, her ugly outburst at the news agency journalist happened because she was "fed up" with a section of journalists ganging up for speaking against certain Bollywood biggies such as Hrithik Roshan and Karan Johar.
