The IPL, done and dusted, and the title in his team’s name, Rohit Sharma took all the time in the world to answer journalists at the post-match press conference after IPL 10’s grand finale in Hyderabad on Sunday.

“Individual brilliance can win a side few games, but what is needed to win a tournament is team work,”, said Mumbai Indians captain Rohit Sharma after the team lifted their record third Indian Premier League title.

Mumbai Indian rode on their bowlers' superb display to beat Rising Pune Supergiant in the IPL final on Sunday night.

Rohit termed all three title victories as special and said getting the right combination is crucial for a team's success.

Asked if he aspired to become India captain, Rohit said “It's thinking too far ahead. I don't think too far ahead. When the opportunity comes, it comes. I will grab it with both hands”.
