After picking up their third Indian Premier League on Sunday, Mumbai Indians skipper Rohit Sharma, wicketkeeper-batsman Parthiv Patel, and coach Shane Bond addressed the media in Mumbai on Monday.
Speaking about Mumbai’s highest wicket-taker Jasprit Bumrah, Sharma said he wouldn’t call him the best bowler in the world since it would just pressurise the pacer. The skipper also said that he would love to retain the current Mumbai Indians squad for the coming seasons of the IPL.
With the Ranji Trophy title and a Test comeback after 8 years, Parthiv Patel, who was Mumbai’s fourth-highest scorer, said that he had a dream season.
