Self-styled godman and Dera Sacha Sauda chief Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Insan is scheduled to appear before a special CBI court in Panchkula on 25 August, in connection with a rape case against him.
Haryana and Punjab police are on high alert and security personnel have been deployed at sensitive spots.
