Nice Attack: World Leaders Tweet Solidarity With France

Leaders all over the world showed their support to the people of France after the Nice attack.

At least 84 people were killed as a truck ploughed into Bastille day crowd in the southern French city of Nice. Police said that the truck driver was a 31-year-old Nice resident and was shot dead after he rammed the truck.

World leaders expressed shock and solidarity with France on Twitter. Tribute was paid to the victims of the incident by artists around the world.

President of France Francois Hollande tweeted, ‘France is devastated but is strong and will always be stronger than the fanatics that want to take it down today.’
