The long tussle between the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) government and Delhi’s Lieutenant Governor (L-G) Najeeb Jung seems to be at an end, for now.

The Delhi High Court has dismissed the petition filed by the Arvind Kejriwal government. The petition challenged the powers of Lieutenant Governor (L-G) Najeeb Jung by questioning the Centre’s notification, dated 21 May 2015.
