What would it be like, if you could not only eat ice creams but also wear them? That’s exactly what happened here. Magnum unveiled a stunning collection of statement pieces with celebrity jewellery designer - Farah Khan. Farah’s stunning muse for the collection was Kalki Koechlin. Bold yet poised, beautiful and playful, Kalki personified the collection that stands for creative and free-spirited self-indulgence.

So we spoke to Kalki about all things food. The actor who is now a vegetarian opened up about her sweet tooth and some of the most unusual food items that she has tried including pig’s blood.

She also tells us why she chose to be a vegetarian. The actor who is born and brought up in Puducherry talks about her love for South Indian food and her childhood memories of food cooked by her mother. She also shows off her Magnum broach and ring inspired by the ice cream and tells us how she ate three ice cream bars for lunch. Sweet tooth? Hell yeah! This actor craves the apple pie cooked by her mother.

Speaking about the collaboration, jewellery designer, Farah Khan said:

“Pleasure, to me, is synonymous with passion. When it comes to crafting beautiful pieces of art through jewellery, I don’t just love it… I live for it. The decadence and richness of Magnum’s flavours and colours directly coincide with my conscious choice of using chocolate diamonds, caramel brown enamel and gold. But my final burst of inspiration? My beautiful muse, the sheer embodiment of the modern Magnum woman… Kalki!”

Speaking about her experience of being a muse, Kalki Koechlin said:

“Pleasure is in the now. It’s in the present. It’s in passion. It’s in expression. And to play muse to this unique, quirky expression is a pure thrill! This Magnum-Inspired collection signifies pure indulgence and Farah has crafted a winner all the way!”
