Jinder Mahal is set to make his WWE debut in India on 9 December at the Indira Gandhi Stadium, New Delhi, in a fight against the legendary Triple H.
While speaking to The Quint, Mahal said that he is the ‘Mordern Day Maharaja’ because he is the future and Triple H is the past.
Mahal said that Triple H is an experienced campaigner and that experience can make him dangerous.
However, Mahal is confident that he can take down Triple H with the support of the 1.3 billion people of India.
While speaking about the WWE event to IANS, Mahal said:
Triple H had some kind words for Jinder Mahal. He said that the the Indo-Canadian wrestler has re-invented himself.
When Triple H was asked why there hasn’t been many WWE stars from India, he said:
