Tension grips Srinagar after a missing youth’s body was found near a railway station in Srinagar.

Protesters clashed with policemen outside the Police Headquarters in Srinagar on Thursday, ANI reports.

Tensions had built up after the police recovered the body of a local boy whose throat had been slit.

<p>Police recovered the body of Owais Bashir Malik, son of Bashir Malik, near a railway bridge. After this, around 100 people assembled near the police headquarters in the area and staged a ‘Dharna’. Protesters also pelted stones on police intermittently.</p>
