Two of Gurgaon’s top cops have clashed over a rape case, and both officers have made serious charges against one another.
JCP Bharti Arora has accused Police Commissioner of Gurgaon, Navdeep Virk of forcing her into falsely implicating a suspect in an alleged rape case that she was made in-charge of. Arora has written to the Haryana DGP against her boss, saying she feared Virk might harm her career.
Virk, in turn, rejected all allegations levelled against him saying the rape victim had filed several complaints against Bharti Arora, accusing her of helping the accused Ajay Bharadwaj.
