After a series of lectures on nationalism, JNU is now conducting lectures on ‘Azaadi: The Many Meanings of Freedom’. The lectures address the different interpretations of freedom. The lecture series began on 21 March, 2016.

The second lecture was given by the Senior Advocate at the Supreme Court, Sanjay Hegde on 22 March, 2016. He talks on ‘Azaadi: Is it in our Constituition?’.
