Can you think of a better treat for a child, who loves reading and eating with equal joy, than a book that compiles both? We couldn’t, so we went to 14-year-old Abhigya, who delights in whipping up delicious little somethings from the internet in the midst of her daily rigmarole.

Book Worms and Jelly Bellies, therefore, was a special treat for her, having voraciously devoured the food adventures of Geronimo Stilton, little Charlie on his exploits in Willy Wonka’s incredible chocolate factory, Enid Blyton, and the likes. The book offered her a chance to do something she’d always wanted – created a yummy food item that her favourite fictional characters have been known to eat.

If that’s your thing too – or if you simply like eating, or reading, or just want to celebrate Children’s Day a different way – here’s a video just for you!
