A man allegedly stabbed three stray dogs and a puppy to death outside Green Park metro station in South Delhi. The incident happened on Tuesday morning, but came to light on Sunday.
A PCR van received a call on March 15 about three dogs lying in a pool of blood near an exit of the metro station.
