The eye-opening video shows the marching band form the Avengers symbol before morphing into an outline of Thor with moving hammer.
The band go on to arrange themselves in various other shapes including the Batmobile, Ironman and a web-slinging Spiderman.
The footage was taken at the Ohio State v Nebraska American football match during the Ohio State University Marching Band half-time show.
