The trailer of Ranveer Singh and Sara Ali Khan’s upcoming film Simmba will be released today. Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film stars the newly wed Ranveer in the role of Sangram Bhalerao, a flamboyant cop.
In what promises to be a signature Rohit Shetty masala flick, Simmba takes off from Ajay Devgn’s Singham (Ajay also has a cameo in the film) to tell the story of a rogue cop who’s in the trade for the money till he undergoes a change of heart after violence touches someone he loves. The result? An action and emotion-packed drama, with of course Ranveer visibly enjoying himself on screen.
The trailer of Simmba doesn't hold back. It tells us the entire story, introduces us to all the twists and turns in the plot and gives enough ‘feud' for thought to make us grateful that ‘Singham' Ajay Devgn is around to ensure his new spinoff doesn't spin out of control.
