Google Is Finally Clamping Down on Malware Apps From Play Store

Android is plagued with malware and Google has been at pains to make it go away, once and for all.

But it looks like they’ve had enough of the detractors, which is why they’re starting up a Play Store bounty program, that serves to end maliciousness from Android for good.

The Android developer team at Google has joined hands with independent bug bounty program platform HackerOne, to enable developers to find vulnerability within the Play Store, report them to Google, and once fixed get rewarded for their effort.

The Quint Celebrates India’s First Mission to the Moon

It’s been 9 years since India launched its first mission to the Moon, Chandrayaan-1. The launch took place on 22 October 2008 by the Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) to conduct experiments and beam home pictures of the lunar surface.

The project was announced by former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee on 15 August 2003.

The lunar probe was successfully inserted into orbit on 8 November 2008.
