Finance Minister Arun Jaitley’s Union Budget has ushered in the good times for digital payment companies like PayTM, now that cash transactions have been limited to Rs 3 lakh.

He also announced that UPI-based Aadhaar Pay will ensure that people without debit/credit cards can make digital transactions. What else is there to keep an eye on?
