Twitter suffered an internal mistake that ended up suspending the account of its own CEO, Jack Dorsey this week. Funny as it is, this has forced Dorsey to set up his account again, and here’s a tweet that kinda suggests he isn’t too pleased about it.
Many users who tried accessing his profile during that time were greeted with the message, “Error, the account you are trying to view has been suspended”. Twitter has not given a reason for this goof-up, but somebody is going to be extremely embarrassed over this fiasco.

Millions of users, including Mark, woke up to a strange message on their timelines informing them of his demise and asking users to pay their condolences. Facebook later apologised for the “technical glitch”.
