Vivo is the official partner of IPL 2016 and they have roped in Ranveer Singh as the brand ambassador. The announcement was made at the company’s latest launch event.
Vivo has launched the Vivo V3 and V3Max in Mumbai and the new phones focus on hardware.
The V3Max comes with 4GB RAM, a feature that is now seen on most smartphones. Other than that, the V3 gets a HD display, while the V3Max offers Full-HD resolution on a 2.5D Corning Glass.
The phones are identical in terms of their looks and design. They come with a body built out of aluminum and magnesium coating and there’s a striking resemblance to the iPhone in more ways than one.
You get a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel selfie shooter. It also supports Vivo’s widely talked about HiFi audio feature that apparently adds to your music experience.
The phones also come equipped with a fingerprint scanner at the back, right below the camera, a feature the company claims lets you click faster selfies. This is vouched for by brand ambassador Ranveer Singh.
Vivo V3 is priced at Rs 17,980 while the bigger V3Max will cost you Rs 23,980.
