Reliance Jio users have more reasons to go “Dhan Dhana Dhan” as the telecom operator recently upgraded its Rs 309 and Rs 509 tariff plans and are now offering more validity on the above plans.
In addition to that, Jio has also introduced two new prepaid plans worth Rs 349 and Rs 399. The minimum recharge amount still starts from Rs 19 and goes all the way up to Rs 9,999. The plans are available for both existing Prime users, as well as Non-Prime users as well. However, the non-Prime users will have to sign up for Prime by paying an addition Rs 99 to avail the revised set of plans.
The new Rs 349 offers 20GB of 4G data for 56 days now, where previously you only got 28 days validity. When you have exhausted your 20GB data the Internet speed will reduce to 128kbps. Similarly, the new Rs. 399 plan offers 84 days validity with the same amount of data as the Rs 309 plan.
The least you pay for a prepaid plan is Rs 19 where you get only one-day validity, 200MB of 4G data, and unlimited SMS and voice calling facilities. The most expensive Rs 1999 plan offers 120-days validity, and 155GB of data.
Seemingly, the new Rs 349 plan has been introduced to cater to the ‘weekend users’ or the ones who consume bulk data at a time, as it does not have the 1GB /day limitation.
