The OnePlus price cut season has begun across different markets, including India this week. The company’s existing OnePlus 6T product is now available with discounts of up to Rs 4,000 across its different variants.
So, if you’re in the market for a phone and want to buy the OnePlus 6T, you can get the base 6GB + 128GB variant for Rs 34,999, against its original price of Rs 37,999.
This price cut is a yearly affair. With the next OnePlus product expected to launch in the coming weeks, the need to clear the stock becomes imperative for the brand. The company’s CEO Pete Lau is expected to reveal more about the upcoming product later this week via his social media account.
You can see the revised prices listed online, with the base and top model getting a Rs 3,000 and Rs 4,000 price cut respectively.
OnePlus 6T is the first product from the company to come with an in-display fingerprint scanner and sport the water drop notch, which has become a standard among other phones since then. It packed the Snapdragon 845 processor with RAM options 6GB, 8GB and even 10GB to choose from, with storage variants available up to 256GB.
With the OnePlus 7 launch expected on 14 May, as per multiple reports on the internet, it’ll be interesting to see how the successor to the OnePlus 6T gets priced this year. For those, who aren’t keen to upgrade and or splurge big, the 6T at the latest prices is worth considering.
