It’s finally happened. Days after Rahul Yadav was fired as the CEO of Housing.com, he has now packed his bags and is leaving his penthouse at Powai, according to his Facebook post.
Time to vacate the lovely apartment. Can’t afford the high rent anymore.
– Rahul Yadav
He was fired on July 1st for sending scornful emails to investors, his own board members, and a resignation drama, scandalous posts on social media and for instigating a number of controversies, as per Economic Times.
Housing.com, which raised US$120 million to date, was founded in 2012 by a dozen IIT-Mumbai students, many of whom (including Yadav) dropped out to focus on building the company.
