Amazon’s much-awaited Prime Video is now available to users in India. Users can download the Prime Video app from Google and Apple app stores to get down to some binge-watching right away.

Prime Video is a part of Amazon’s Prime membership (Rs 499 for one year). You can test drive the service for 30 days. Amazon hopes to get more customers on its Prime wagon in India with the help of Prime Video.

Amazon has pushed out an impressive amount of content on Day 1 of Prime Video, including popular titles like ‘Mr Robot’ and ‘The Grand Tour’ in the mix.

The platform also allows users to activate Hindi subtitles for English programming.

With its India debut, Prime Video is bound to spell competition for the likes of Netflix, Hotstar and even Jio’s Cinema.

Interestingly, we managed to sign into Prime Video via Amazon.in, which is a definite bonus.
