From August 2017, consumers in Delhi can sign up for high-speed broadband internet, with speed up to 150MBps. This service is provided by ACT Fibernet, which will offer monthly data limit (via fair usage policy) up to 300GB, and you’d be paying Rs 1,999 to get this on board.
In addition to offering high-speed internet service, ACT has also blessed its existing users with improved features, offering up to 600GB worth of data (300GB download, 300GB upload). Post your data limit, the internet speeds comes down to 512KBps.

Gone are the days when internet users had to rely on BSNL, MTNL or Airtel for home internet services. Internet providers like ACT Fibernet, Excitel and Spectranet, among others, have not only made internet faster, they’ve made it affordable as well.
This has played a big part in Airtel showering its users with free data every month. Not only do you pay less for Airtel broadband plans across India, you even get more data than what’s allocated on a monthly basis for you.

But things are only going to get better from here on, with Jio entering the space with its JioFiber service, offering 100GB for first three months, without charging for the internet. However, you do have to pay Rs 4,500 as security deposit for the modem device.
