HMD Global has finally made available a 3G version of its latest Nokia 3310 feature phone. The phone has not been launched in India, but the device should be available in the country very soon with a price tag of around Rs 5,000.

The current version of Nokia 3310 only supports 2G connectivity, but at a time when people can opt for 4G-enabled smartphones, not sure how many of you are actually keen on this one.

The slick candy-bar design of the Nokia 3310 gives you the impression that designers at HMD Global have retained the basics of the older phone, and given it a new look that chimes with the era we live in.

The phone is running on series 30+ software, according to HMD Global, and gets a 2.4-inch QVGA display with a 2-megapixel camera at the back.

You can expand the storage via microSD card and a battery life of 25 days has been promised. To give the phone a less featurephone-ish touch, Nokia offers the Opera Mini browser for basic internet surfing.
