Apple iPhone XS and XS Max pre-orders have started in India, with availability of the phones slated for 28 September, which is one week from now. The latest iPhone series can be pre-ordered via Airtel’s online store or Flipkart from today onwards.

Those booking with Airtel (having its connection) can either get it delivered to their house/office or pick it up from a nearby Airtel Store.

We already know from the launch event that the iPhone XS starts at Rs. 99,900 and will be available from end of September. The iPhone XS Max starts at Rs 1,09,900 and also will be available by end of this month. This year you can get the XS and XS Max in 64, 256 or 512GB storage variants.

How to Pre-Order with Airtel

First-up, you need to have an Airtel mobile number. Head over to the Airtel online store, select the iPhone variant of your choice and click on buy now.

Pre-order via Flipkart

The process is similar on Flipkart, except, you have to login to your profile and select your delivery location for pre-ordering. Once you’ve done that, go ahead and make the payment.

As mentioned on the product page, the iPhone XS or XS Max pre-ordered from Flipkart will get delivered by 29 September.

The new iPhones will come in two sizes, a 5.8-inch variant and one with a 6.5-inch screen, the largest ever seen on an iPhone. Both the phones look similar to the iPhone X and come with an all new OLED Retina display with 458 pixels per inch. The phone uses Dolby's Vision engine to enhance the display. They get A12 bionic processor and 12-megapixel dual rear cameras.
