Have you seen the amount of dust there is today! If you haven’t already moved onto some advanced cleaning methods, well you ought to by now!
The conventional vacuum cleaner does the job to a certain extent but there’s that niche category which is in the hunt for perfection and doesn’t tolerate even a spec of dust in their house.
They want portability, power and a vacuum cleaner that keeps a check on the decibel level too. The Dyson V8 Absolute vacuum cleaner is the next stage in household cleaning equipment and we tested it out to see whether it really is as powerful as the company claims it to be.
The Dyson V8 Absolute is a cordless dust sucking machine that’s running on a battery pack that’s capable of supporting 40 minutes of runtime. But, if the battery dies then you’ll be sitting ducks as it takes a long time to charge.
Though you get a wired charger in the box, there is also a wall mount charger that comes bundled with the V8 which looks more convenient to use.
It takes care of most of the debris and dust in the house. Even your pet’s hair!
The Dyson V8 Absolute is ergonomically well built and is quite sturdy. What I didn’t like about the Dyson V8 is that it offers very less battery life and also comes with a lesser capacity dust chamber.
It’s been priced at Rs 40,000 which means that the middle-class section of the society will think twice before buying an expensive piece of hardware like this. It’s offering good value for money, but I really don’t know how many people would want to invest in a vacuum cleaner this expensive.
But, if you’re serious about keeping your house spit-spot and also like to have a portable piece of hardware that’s also quiet, then the Dyson V8 would be a good addition to your household.
