James Bond’s new movie Spectre is releasing in India on 20th November.
Along with Daniel Craig as James Bond, there is another character taking up the spotlight – the all new Aston Martin DB10.
The relationship between James Bond and his Aston Martin has been going on for over 50 years. It began with 1964’s Goldfinger, the third film in the James Bond series with the Aston Martin DB5 and continued over eleven Bond films and 50 years of cinema history.
The new DB10 is so exclusive that only 10 of these models were made and, luckily for fans, all 10 cars survived the film production.
The car runs on Aston’s naturally aspirated, 4.7-litre V8 engine and churns out an impressive 430bhp. The engine is connected to a six-speed manual gearbox.
The chassis and wheelbase are from Aston Martin Vantage with suspension and wheelbase from the Vantage S version.
James Bond’s Aston Martin has definitely come a long way.
This car might not be the fastest car on the planet, but this is definitely one of the most talked about. All these cars are made by hand and took 5 months to build.
The DB10 has been giving Daniel Craig tough competition as the lead star of Spectre. But this car was not made to compete with James Bond, it was made to complete him.
