Looking at a single Harley Davidson on the road is a visual treat in itself, but imagine seeing hundreds of them at once. Such was the sight when the 4th edition of India Hog rally took place in Goa, where Harley owners from across the country came together.

These guys weren’t your regular bikers, they were hardcore bike enthusiasts who left no stone unturned to make that evident. Leather jackets, boots, ripped jeans, blingy accessories along with some interesting tattoos were abundantly available.

If you are a bike lover then you would know that there are several ways to modify a bike, and most of these modifications are made on a cruiser followed by street naked motorcycles.

Apart from the array of bikes, the first thing that catches your attention at the HOG rally is the unbelievable sound these bikes make. Some of them were REALLY loud, borderline deafening. And even if you’re someone who calls it “noise” instead of “sound”, these powerful beasts will definitely grab and hold your attention.

The second thing that catches your eye is the level of familiarity between these Harley owners. They all knew each other and were part of a “brotherhood” as they call it.

Their bikes had chrome, lots of it. Some of them were modified to be low-riders, which in simple terms mean that their height was reduced to give a more cruiser like feel. Some bikes had custom paint jobs, custom made wheels and we even saw a bike that could remotely change its height with a press of a button.

Now add all of that with the Goa scenery and you have one hell of a show.

The final destination of this rally is where the India Bike Week takes place, where motorcycle enthusiasts across all brands and cities get together.

At the end of the day, even if you don’t own a big, expensive motorcycle but still love them, then the HOG rally can be a visual treat for you. The sight of hundreds of customised cruisers being ridden together is definitely something you won’t forget.
