Triumph Motorcycles updated their Bonneville line up in India with the addition of a new Street Twin, Thruxton R and the Bonneville T120 during the 2016 Auto Expo. The bookings for the T120 have now begun, at a price tag of Rs 8.7 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).
The T120 is based on the iconic 1959 Bonneville, the bike has classic styling and yet comes loaded with technologies like Ride-by-wire, ABS, two rider modes, traction control, heated grips and an under-seat USB charging socket.

The T120 is powered by a 1,200cc, liquid-cooled, parallel twin engine that comes connected to a six-speed transmission and puts out 80 horsepower and 105 Nm of torque.
These power figures may not be typically what a 1,200 cc engine churns out but given the price tag of Triumph’s latest offering, along with the classic styling, the T120 becomes a serious contender for people looking to buy a motorcycle under Rs 10 lakh.
