This company in Arizona claim this incredible fantasy can come true.

The Sonoran Mushroom Company harvests a variety of edible fungi, including oyster mushrooms that supposedly taste like bacon.

This mushroom’s flavour profile happens to be very similar to bacon when it’s cooked. So it has a meaty, kind of smoky bacon flavour.

Whether the mushrooms actually taste of bacon or not, but according to Jacobs, oyster mushrooms have a lot of notable medicinal uses and also help control cholesterol.
