Sachin Tendulkar recently expressed his disappointment over the fake accounts on Twitter after an account that was named after his daughter was seen posting tweets that targeted the Nationalist Congress Party.
This tweet wreaked havoc on social media, in response to which, Sachin Tendulkar drew attention to his post from 2014 and tweeted that neither Arjun nor Sara were on Twitter. He also requested Twitter to remove both the accounts at the earliest.
Fake accounts of both his children, Sara Tendulkar and Arjun Tendulkar were active on Twitter with 5,324 and 1,800 followers respectively.
Sachin Tendulkar also tweeted that impersonation and creating fake accounts creates misunderstandings and traumatises us.
As a result of Sachin’s requests Twitter suspended Sara’s fake account and Arjun’s fake account also no longer exists on Twitter.
