Twitter Salutes as Gopal Takes the Second Hat-Trick of IPL 2019

After being smacked for 12 runs in the first three balls of the over, Gopal finished it with a hat-trick.

Shreyas Gopal took the second hat-trick of the season after the game between Royal Challengers Bangalore and Rajasthan Royals started after a three-hour rain delay and was reduced to five-over-a-side.

After being smacked for 12 runs in the first three deliveries of the second over, Gopal brought his team back into the game by dismissing Virat Kohli, AB De Villiers and Marcus Stoinis off the next three successive deliveries.

Virat Kohli was caught by Liam Livingstone at the long-on boundary, while De Villiers and Stoinis were caught inside the circle to hand Gopal his hat-trick.

While the RCB fans at the Chinnaswamy stadium was silenced by this heroics from Gopal, the small contingent of the Royals fans were thrilled to bits.
