Amidst all the criticism and questions being raised about his captaincy, RCB skipper Virat Kohli led from the front as he scored a 58-ball 100 to take his side to 213/4 in 20 overs against KKR on Friday.
Kohli started off slow, with Moeen Ali firing in the big shots, but later in the innings picked up the pace. His century included nine fours and four sixes. The Indian captain shared a 90-run partnership with Moeen Ali for the third wicket.
As Kohli scored his first IPL century since 2016, the social media hailed King Kohli for his Eden exploits.
This is Virat kohli’s fifth IPL hundred, second only to his former RCB teammate, Chris Gayle (6).
