2. Kohli Impressed With Ashwin’s Aggression

The Indian Test captain was impressed by the aggressive kind of bowling showcased by off-spinner Ravichandran Ashwin in the second Test match against Sri Lanka at Colombo. Ashwin has picked up 17 wickets in the series till now and was a huge contributor in India’s win in the 278-run victory in the second Test.

Ashwin has been a champion bowler for us. He’s been taking wickets for us everywhere. Even on the Australia tour he was more aggressive with the ball. Even in his mindset, he’s bowling in a more aggressive manner. It’s almost impossible to get him away. He’s bowling beautifully right now and I’m glad to see him with this kind of mindset, attacking the batsmen all the time.

5. Pedro Compared to Maradona by Mourinho

Chelsea’s new signing Pedro Rodriguez was compared to the Argentine legend Diego Maradona after the Spanish player was the key contributor in Chelsea’s first win in the Premier League against West Bromwich Albion on Sunday.

He scored a goal and set up another to help the Blues win 3-2. Pedro featured in Chelsea’s starting XI straight away after his move from Barcelona.

He (Pedro) wasn’t quite Maradona but he was close. He’s a very good player. There is always a question mark because of how many top players come to England and don’t perform immediately. We have examples in our club and there are lots of examples at other clubs, so it’s very nice for him to come and straight away perform the way he did.
