The Indian Test skipper is a busy man. After spending the day with his tennis and wrestling teams on Thursday, he was in Mumbai today to help launch the World T20. With a little support from Ajinkya Rahane and Shikhar Dhawan, of course.
While the ICC announced the dates and schedule of the tournament, including an India vs Pakistan fixture on the 19th of March, the boys in blue took over social media with their complete 360 degree presence on Twitter.
Fun things aside here’s how the tournament is scheduled to play out.
First round (group winners to progress to second round).
Group A – Bangladesh, Netherlands, Ireland and Oman
Group B – Zimbabwe, Scotland, Hong Kong and Afghanistan Second round groups:
Super 10
Group 1: Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies, England and winner of Group B (Q1B).
Group 2: India, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand and winner of Group A (Q1A).
