Virat Kohli lost his ninth toss in 12 matches as Delhi Capitals skipper Shreyas Iyer called it right and decided to bat first on a hot day at the Feroz Shah Kotla.
Delhi Capitals are hosting Royal Challengers Bangalore at their home ground on Sunday, 28 April. They are sitting pretty on the third position, with 14 points from 11 games, while RCB are placed right at the bottom, with 8 points from 11 games.
However, momentum is with the RCB as they have won the last three matches. Delhi, on the other hand, have match-winners in their side and are also in form.
One more win for Delhi win guarantee them a place in the playoffs and they have home conditions to their favour for the same.
Meanwhile, RCB have to win all their remaining games to make it to the playoffs but this promises to be a tough game for the Men in Red.
