Day 2, much in tune with Day 1, of the power-packed IPL auction 2018 threw up a few surprises. While Day 1 saw some big players going unsold, Day 2 saw Indian bowler Jaydev Unadkat raking big moolahs at the auction. Ben Stokes, however, remains the most expensive player of the 11th edition of IPL so far.
Day 2 also brought some cheer for Gayle who finally found a taker in Kings XI Punjab. He was bought at his base price of 2 crore.
With the cricketing world closely watching every move at the Bengaluru auction, the cricketing bonanza has taken over Twitter, with both experts and fans sharing their reactions as the action unfolds.
